COAL DISCHARGE FEEDERS
Individually designed feeders, type FCU or FCD to discharge coal from primary coal bunkers. The feeders can range from 1000 - 3000mm wide, capable of handling up to 2000TPH. With unbalanced motor or mechanical exciter drive, there is the option for hydraulic motor drive, and variable feed rate control.
RAIL OFFLOAD STATION FEEDERS
Specially designed type CCU feeders, usually operating in pairs, to discharge at combined rates of up to 2000TPH, whilst sited under rail offload stations, handling eight wheel 70 & 90 Tonne rail wagons. Epecially used for discharging the limestone used on FGD installations. Available in either open trough or totally enclosed dust proof designs.
GROUND HOPPER 'TOP UP' FEEDERS
Utilising the classic type FCU feeder with integral hopper bottom section, the standard units would normally be either 800, 1000, 1250 or 1600mm wide, covering the capacity range of 200 - 1000TPH. Open or totally encloded dust proof designs available.
